In-house Training

We offer monthly in-house training sessions (one day training 10:00am-6:00pm) for first-time users. Currently, training is offered in German and takes place in Kassel. During these in-house training sessions, we provide you with a thorough introduction to the plentymarkets system. If you want to get acquainted with plentymarkets and learn to make the most out of it's functions, then be sure to participate in an in-house training session. We will show you how you can use plentymarkets to set up your work processes as efficiently as possible, saving you time and money. We invite new customers and test users to participate in our in-house training free of charge (one person). Take advantage of this offer, which is valued at 349,- EUR* per person. The event will take place in Kassel's pentahotel. Food and beverages will be provided. We will charge a catering fee of 34.90 EUR.

Manual

The manual gives you quick and easy access to important information about working with plentymarkets. The individual topics are well-arranged and are organized systematically. Furthermore, you can use a search function to find the information that you are looking for even faster. The manual is maintained and updated by an individual documentation team. This ensures that any changes to the software are documented in a timely manner and are made available to you in a user-friendly format. The manual is available in both German and English.

System Setup

Depending on your individual needs, you may find the initial system setup to be quite time-consuming.
This is especially true if you have never worked with plentymarkets before. As such, we are happy
to help you set up your system for the first time. We will carry out all of your system's basic settings
related to auctions, webshop, sales orders, E-mail, shipping and payment methods as well as set up your
document templates for invoices and delivery notes.

When booking your system, you can easily request to have this initial setup be done for you as an additional service.

Anyone who wants to stay up to date will surely appreciate the current news and recommendations in our plentymarkets blog. Here you will receive information about version updates, new partners and much more. Additionally, blog entries are displayed in the news box within your system's admin area. This ensures that plentySellers are always informed as quickly as possible.
